Action Plan Direct E-mailed version $99 Printed and shipped version $129 This plan is perfect if you are someone who would like to have a Family Manager Action Plan but doesn't want to commit to one-on-one organizing sessions. Or you live out of the area. Self-assessment process and evaluation is still included and we'll have a brief telephone session. Then, your Action Plan will be delivered via mail or email and you'll be ready to begin organizing your home, family and personal life with custom strategies for accomplishing your goals and creating balance. You will have one week of unlimited email support from me after you receive your Action Plan. If you decide later that you would like my help to continue implementing your Plan, we can schedule more email coaching or one-on-one sessions. Home Staging Services Consultation/Plan Delivery Services begin with a walk through to decide what staging should be implemented. Suggested changes will be reported and recommended in writing for the property. Clients will then determine if changes will be made by our team or on their own. Report can be emailed or faxed within 48 hours. $50 for walk through and report Implementation Service Use what you have: We can use existing furniture and décor items to achieve a desired look & style. Recommendations may be made for additional purchases or removal and storage of certain items. ($140 for 4 hours) Added items and personal shopping: Purchasing or using rental items to enhance your space; which can include artwork, plants, window coverings etc. We will make recommendations and can shop for our clients. We always work within a budget that is comfortable to our client. ($40/hour + cost of items) Redesign - not for moving: When you have lived in a space over a year or more it helps to have fresh eyes to change the flow and usage of the room.
